i had a really great experience here with both physiotherapy and a massage. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The physio was thorough and really took the time to understand my needs, while the massage was incredibly relaxing and helped ease a lot of tension.

I can't thank the team at Renuvenate enough. I had 10 sessions of physio after dislocating and fracturing my elbow. Moiz and Sarah were both fantastic. They have restored movement in my elbow, reduced pain, swelling and stiffness and supported me to begin regaining strength. I am now back to work far sooner than expected. I don't know what I would have done without them!

Tobi has also been brilliant throughout. He is always very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

I came to Renuvenate in an emergency. I had woken up with the worst neck and shoulder pain I’d experienced in my life. I could barely move my neck and even walking was painful. The team here immediately fit me in for a physio session with Sam. He did incredible work in diagnosing the source of my pain and proceeded with appropriate treatments after. I went home and continued with the stretches he recommended and when I woke up the neck day I felt like a different person. There was a drastic reduction in my pain. I came back for a follow up massage with Sarah who was incredible. Made me feel very comfortable throughout my massage and really worked the knots out of my shoulders, ending with an incredible stretch afterwards. Very grateful for the lovely team here. I was suffering from a couple of muscular issues and after an initial assessment, got a plan set up for long term treatment and management to help with pain. The assessment felt fair and wasn't just a way to push as many procedures which is rare to find. After the treatment I felt far better and able to return to Muay Thai. I had seen Renuvenate's Facebook video adverts and decided to give lymphatic drainage a try, then I saw the cryotherapy advert. I was given an appointment on the day that I called, which was really convenient for me. The information that I was given was informative and interesting. I was also given health advice. The treatment was carried out in a very professional manner. I was told that I should have a course of treatments and that plans could be sorted out to make it easier to budget payments. I am considering this. My mum had a lymphatic drainage massage by Jude and she said it was absolutely amazing. He spoke through exactly what he was doing and made sure my mum was comfortable at all times as she’s just had surgery and was very nervous. We would highly recommend.
